Cultivating Health — In Soil, Food & Community.
Birch Creek Farm Story
Birch Creek Farm is a first-generation vegetable farm owned and operated by Colby Craige and Meredith Wyatt in Coweta, Oklahoma.
We believe that food is medicine, that healthy soil grows healthy people, and that local food builds stronger communities.
Our mission is to grow fresh, local, nutrient-dense food using regenerative practices that restore the land, nurture our community, and bring healing through the food we eat.

What Do We Grow?
At our small regenerative farm, we’re proud to grow fresh, chemical-free produce straight from our soil to your table. We focus on sustainable practices to nurture a variety of seasonal vegetables including heirloom tomatoes, okra, cucumber, sweet peppers, herbs and leafy greens like kale and spinach. Everything we grow is rooted in care, community, and a love for real food.
Get Involved on the Farm
There are so many ways to connect with our farm and be part of something growing! Whether you’re interested in rolling up your sleeves as a volunteer, bringing a group out for a tour, or simply enjoying the fruits (and veggies!) of our labor, we welcome you to get involved.
